Avocado Mango Strawberry Salsa

This recipe has summer written all over with, but you could make it anytime of the year and enjoy! It combines sweet, savory, spicy and salty all into a nutrient packed salsa. Originally, I experimented with this salsa to eat with organic corn chips, but recently I made this on our fishing trip to Minnesota. One of the evenings I grilled up some fresh walleye and topped a bed of greens with the grilled walleye and Avocado Mango Strawberry Salsa…Delish!!!


 1 Avocado

1 Mango

1 cup diced Strawberries

1 Kiwi

2 Tbsp Red Onion

1/2 – 1 jalapeno

1 Lime 

2 Tbsp Cilantro



Chop all ingredients and place in a large glass bowl. Top with fresh squeezed lime juice and cilantro. Serve with pita chips, organic corn chips, on top of salmon, fish tacos or any salad.
