Grilled Salmon & Asparagus

Salmon is one of my favorite


2 - 4 oz. salmon filets

1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of fresh squeeze lemon or 1 drop lemon vitality oil

1 clove of minced garlic

1 tablespoon coconut aminos

1 tablespoon Coconut Sugar

salt and peper to season


Season salmon filets with salt and pepper. In glass dish combine olive oil, lemon, garlic and coconut aminos. Marinade for 15-30 minutes. Grill at 400 degrees for 4 minutes on each side or preheat oven to 400 and bake for 10-12 minutes.


Clean and cut off ends of asparagus. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet. Place asparagus on parchment paper in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper. In small glass dish combine 2 Tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1 Tablespoon of fresh squeezed lemon or 1 drop of lemon vitality essential oil. Whisk together and drizzle over asparagus. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, tossing half way through.
